First cut of the year was done last week. We have a new landscaper this year, an increase in cost but also an increase in service levels. Given the rain in the last 6 weeks it is impressive what he did in the first cut of the year. Looking forward to seeing how it goes but we’re very happy with this. It’s going to be tighter on the budget but we expect we can keep the subs to the same level, and thanks to everyone who contributes and collects. Also to anyone who takes the time to pick up some litter, it makes a huge difference.
Reminder to Residents to mind your speed around Estate as children make their way to/from school/school buses. A resident has raised concern as regards parking on/near corners. This causes visibility issues for kids crossing roads in our Estate. It is also causing visibility for cars coming out of roads can be forced into oncoming traffic lane because of parked cars. If another car was to come around corner, collisions can occur. Please be mindful of where you park in the Estate - Thank you.
